GRACE E. SCHMITT, Esq. serves as Vice President, Human Resources. She joined the Company in 2007. Schmitt is responsible for development and execution of key HR policies and programs, organizational planning and talent management, managing associate relations, training and orientation, compensation and benefits, as well as health and safety initiatives and associate services. She is also a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio. Prior to joining Glimcher, Schmitt served in the Human Resources leadership role for Casto Management Services located in Columbus, Ohio. Her experience includes work in the construction and retail sectors. She holds a J.D. from the Ohio State University, College of Law and a B.A. of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
